The musical talents of Jimi Hendrix, Elvis, The Mamas and the Papas, and the Beach Boys are on exhibit at the Musicians Hall of Fame & Museum in the heart of downtown Nashville. You'll see the exact instruments each musician used to record the very songs that made them iconic legends.

Go on a Zoofari to the Nashville Zoo. Come face-to-face with more than three hundred and fifty animals, including majestic creatures like Bengal tigers and African Elephants. You'll be smack in the middle of big animal adventures and attractions, including the Wild Animal Carousel and the 66,000-square-foot Jungle Gym.

You can explore space from right here on Earth at the Vanderbilt Dyer Observatory, with the mega telescope that sits atop Nashville's tallest peak. Families can look through the telescope to observe cumulus clouds, a galaxy of stars, the swirling rings of Saturn and other outer space attractions.

If you love horse racing be sure to tour the Belle Meade Mansion and Winery, minutes outside of Nashville. The historic 5,400-square-foot plantation spans 30 acres and was world renowned for breeding champion thoroughbreds. Stroll the magnificent plantation and shop at the Belle Meade Museum Shop for unique horse statues.
