If you're a fan of natural wonders from around the world, then the Dallas World Aquarium is the place for you to visit if you want to experience them all in one place. Once inside, you'll embark on a world tour of the Earth's oceans and its unique bodies of water through exhibits and attractions. Encounter the bird's-eye view of the Secrets of the River Rainforest Exhibit, filled with birds, mammals, amphibians, and reptiles all living in harmony. Then check out the special South Africa exhibit that will transport you to the exotic land of Madagascar, where the permanent exhibits include fish, jellyfish, and coral from around the world, and visitors can even walk through a tunnel that runs through one of the large tanks, where you'll see sharks and manta rays swimming about.

Explore Cedar Hill State Park, a stunning urban nature preserve where you can take in breathtaking views of the limestone hills and rare prairie pockets or relax by the picturesque Joe Pool Lake. Plenty of outdoor activities exist, including mountain biking, bird watching, hiking, jogging, boating, fishing, and swimming. Bring your family to hike, bike, picnic, camp, geocache, and nature watch. You can even spend the night at one of the 350 developed campsites, all near restrooms with hot showers. All sites have water and electricity, and several are ADA-accessible.

The Round-Up Saloon is known as "The Home of Good Times and Good People" and has been for many years. It is one of the best country western dance halls in the nation. There are some rumors that this location served as a significant bookmaking operation and was the home of the famed "Old Warsaw Restaurant." Some say that Mrs. Slavick's ghost still haunts the Saloon and loves C&W music. But if you want to know more about these stories, ask your favorite bartender. There are two-stepping and western swing dance lessons every week, along with karaoke, trivia, and drag shows. If you're interested in learning dance, the Round-Up has free dance lessons every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights.
