Funky Finds Spring Fling is a fun event for the whole family, with many excellent indie arts and crafts. This family and pet-friendly festival showcase handmade, indie arts and crafts, including pet goods, clothing, jewelry, art, plush items, accessories, paper goods, and home goods. It's a beautiful way to support local artists and find unique treasures while enjoying your time.

Enjoy an unforgettable escapade with a treetop adventure at Go Ape, where they offer a 28-foot-high tree-to-tree crossing, super-long zip lines, and heart-stopping Tarzan swings. This 2-3 hour experience is like no other. The course at Go Ape in Oak Point Park takes you over 27 feet up in the woodland canopy, providing breathtaking views of the lush landscape below. Plus, the zipline even crosses over Rowlett Creek. With 40 crossings featuring varying suspended obstacles and four zip lines, this is not your typical aerial ropes or canopy tour.

The Modern Art Museum has an impressive modern and contemporary art collection focusing on post-World War II pieces. It is considered one of the most notable collections in the United States. Enjoy the works by artists such as Anselm Kiefer, Pablo Picasso, Jackson Pollock, Gerhard Richter, Andres Serrano, Cindy Sherman, and Andy Warhol. You're sure to find something that catches your eye. The museum periodically rotates exhibits to showcase all 2,600 pieces in its collection. One unique feature of the museum is that its building was designed to use natural light in the 53,000 square feet of gallery space.
