Join together to preserve and disseminate the richness of Hispanic culture, values, and civic interests with the community of Houston, and see how they provide different educational and networking activities in collaboration with local universities. The main priorities of the Institute of Hispanic Culture are education and preserving Hispanic culture and values. As such, the Institute’s committees organize activities and events to raise funds for scholarship programs.

Enjoy the fascinating and colorful world of the Color Factory, where you can explore kaleidoscopic art and experience the joy of color through interactive installations, immersive rooms, and carefully curated moments inspired by the city of Houston. They collaborate with multiple artists and art institutions to convey compelling stories that make life a little more colorful and joyful for everyone who is looking for a brighter outlook.

Explore The Health Museum, an excellent, innovative, and interactive health and science educational experience, where you will discover a larger-than-life journey through the human body, see actual organ dissections, enjoy science mini-classes and mini-med schools, and check out the health fairs and community outreach, and family science labs. In addition to the permanent exhibits, other attractions include the McGovern Theater, the Sue Trammell Whitfield Gallery for traveling exhibitions, and four Learning Centers for classes, camps, and activities.
