The club offers four indoor adjoining rooms with seating for up to 300 people and an outside shaded tropical patio along the Rio Grande River that seats many more guests. There is a stage and dance floor both inside and outside. Charro Days is an annual fiesta celebrated in late February in Brownsville, Texas. This event brings together the community to showcase the city's unique features and celebrate the Mexican heritage of the area on both sides of the Rio Grande. The festival was first conceived in 1937 by local business leaders to pay tribute to the "Charro," the dashing Mexican gentleman cowboy. The festival celebrates the spirit of two cultures and unites the border towns of Brownsville and Matamoros. It pays homage to Brownsville's location on the border with Mexico and its rich cultural heritage. During the festival, residents and visitors dress up in traditional Mexican outfits to honor the "Charros," the heroes of the borderlands and Mexican cowboys.
