The Art Center Waco overlooks the Brazos River and is housed in a classic-styled Mediterranean residence. Inside, there is a stunning collection of sculpture, pottery, paintings and woodcarvings. The work is mainly the product of young, up-and-coming talent and new exhibits are added on a regular basis. The center also offers art classes for both children and adults. Hawaiian Falls is the perfect place for the whole family to take the plunge! Beat the Central Texas heat by diving into one of the two pools, slip and slide on the series of slides that tower up 22 feet, test your swimming skills in the competition pool or maybe opt for the beach entry pool with interactive toys. Not only will the kids have much to do, mom and dad can relax in the shaded rest areas and enjoy some great snacks at the reasonably-priced concession booths.
