The Ridgewood Country Club offers the perfect balance of the classy and the casual on its18-hole, regulation length course that is an impressive medium-length layout. It includes 4 sets of teeboxes to allow the skill levels of all golfers. The course is situated in a very scenic terrain that overlooks Lake Waco and boasts a championship legacy, as the 1994 Southwest Conference Championship was played on this course. For a gravity-defying experience, check out the Suspension Bridge and Riverwalk. The bridge is located over the Brazos River and links two attractive park areas the whole family can enjoy. You can only cross the bridge by foot, and the view from it is absolutely breathtaking so remember to take your camera to capture several amazing shots of this high-rise attraction. The structure is also historically significant as it was the longest suspension bridge west of the Mississippi when it was completed in 1870.
