The Chesapeake Arboretum originally opened its doors in 1996 and has been welcoming hundreds of visitors on a regular basis ever since.

This impressive battleship museum is one of the largest and the last ever built by the United States Navy. When you visit, you can take a dramatic walk on its deck on a self-guided tour and see other parts of the ship. A gift shop as well as several excellent photo opportunities are available at this popular historic attraction.
