The group is a forum in which aspiring dancers can develop their talents as well as work toward being a part of the group that stages various productions throughout the year. These performances are funded in part by the City of Virginia Beach in cooperation with the Virginia Beach Arts and Humanities Commission and the Virginia Beach Foundation.
