Make some memories at the Northwest Folklife Festival. This annual festival brings some of the city´s best local, ethnic, folk and traditional arts and music to the Seattle Center for a free three-day party over Memorial Day weekend. Take a fun photo with the Fremont Troll. This large troll sculpture can be found under the Aurora Bridge–a place the descendants of Scandinavian immigrants believe is a magnet for troll sightings. This unique site is the perfect place to take a tourist or group picture, and is a local favorite.

Take a trip through time at the Burke Museum of Natural History and Culture, the Pacific Northwest´s only major natural history museum. The oldest museum in the state, this museum features over 12 million artifacts and attractions in its permanent collection, as well as a host of continuously changing temporary exhibits.
