Take a family-friendly three-mile hike, although you may also attempt to bike the recreation trail, to one of the most awe-inspiring sights in Washington State, Twin Falls. Twin Falls Trail will take you to the impressive 150-foot cascading waterfall, although you should also explore the beautiful forest as you make your way there.
The Washington Park Arboretum, also known as the University of Washington Botanic Gardens, offers a nationally renowned living plant collection with over 10,000 specimens. Take a walk through the many distinct gardens, such as the Winter Garden, Japanese Garden, the Shoreline and much more.
Once the hub of Seattle´s maritime activities, the Seattle Waterfront now contains a number of the city´s most popular recreation and retail venues. Meander around the waterfront or seawall, taking in the sights and sounds of the city while you enjoy fine dining or entertainment.
