While the majority of the museum focuses on Asian folk art, a growing section is dedicated to Asian American pioneers and visionaries.
Ride up the Space Needle–one of the most distinctive icons in Seattle. Built for the 1962 World´s Fair, the Space Needle features an observation deck over 500 feet above the ground. Explore the over 300 acres of Green Lake Park, an expanse of water and nature in the middle of a crowded urban neighborhood. Pack a basket for a picnic, bring your swimsuit to go swimming or boating in the freshwater lake, or hike, bike and skate along the 2.8-mile path that stretches along the water.
