Continue the long tradition of the Wisconsin State Fair by joining in on the eleven-day festivities in West Allis, right outside of the Milwaukee city limits. Since 1851, this festival has drawn in vendors and citizens from all across the state. Yearly venues include regional and national bands, carnival rides, specialty vendors, agricultural exhibits and a variety of food and drink, including the popular cream puffs.

Water Street Brewery is built on providing bar goers with a continuous variety of award-winning traditional and specialty home brews, as well as beers from local, regional, national and international breweries - and of course, nightlife fun. Enjoy your brew with an appetizer, sandwich or nightly entrée special. Stop by earlier on the weekends for brunch.

Be sure to watch a performance by the Milwaukee Repertory Theater & Professional Theater Company, an eleven member Resident Acting Company dedicated to presenting new playwrights and reviving classics. The Rep's current complex is a cleverly converted power generation plant that can seat well over a thousand people within its three theaters, and hosts an 11-play entertainment season annually.
