You'll love knocking down the pins at Casper's Sunrise Lanes bowling center. This great bowling facility is proudly smoke-free and is the perfect place for the whole family to enjoy. The recreation facility accommodates leagues, hosts parties and offers youth programs. There are special events planned all year, but one of the most popular is "glow in the dark" bowling. Casper's National Historic Trails Interpretive Center is one of the area's most popular attractions for several good reasons. This venue offers a chance to learn about the role that various trails played in the development of Wyoming and the western part of the country. Learn in detail about some of the area's most significant trails that include the Oregon, California, Mormon, Bridger and even the Pony Express. In addition to seeing visually arresting exhibits about the history of these trails, visitors can actually experience the trails themselves by follow the BLM signs outside the center. The National Historic Trails Center gives you the unique opportunity to walk through the same trails that have been used since the late 19th century.
