The Muddy Mountain Trail is a 2.5 mile loop trail near Casper. This popular recreation trail is good for all skill levels and is primarily used for hiking.
Experience some of Wyoming's wildest wildlife without having to venture out into the wild. You only have to go as far as exploring the attractions at the Werner Wildlife Museum, a facility that is affiliated with Casper College. Several incredible creatures are featured as stuffed and mounted representatives of the various species from the area. See grizzly bears, mountain lions, and birds of prey. The museum also includes displays of animals from Canada, Alaska, Africa, Southeast Asia as well as other exotic places from around the globe.
