The Historic Governors’ Mansion provided residence for Wyoming’s governor from 1905 until 1976. This historic landmark and attraction is currently operating as a house museum, with rooms displaying decorations and artifacts from the 1905, 1937, 1955 and 1960s eras. More than just a 32-mile-long sidewalk, this 10-foot-wide reinforced concrete path is a monumental achievement and a key component in Cheyenne’s non-motorized transportation system.
