Take your time exploring the outdoors while you take in the artful landscaping designs and walkways throughout the park. Don't forget to stop by the Rose Garden when it's in bloom for a magical day.
See the Los Angeles Dodgers play a home game at Dodger Stadium. Part of Major League Baseball's National League West Division, this sports team knocks the game out of the park. The Dodgers have played in LA since 1958 (even though the team was establish in Brooklyn in 1883), and share a fierce rivalry with the San Francisco Giants.
The historic movie palace, Million Dollar Theater, was built by entrepreneur Sid Grauman before his Egyptian Theatre and Grauman's Chinese Theatre. The Million Dollar Theatre has been preserved for its unique and extraordinary architecture, even though the building lay abandoned for two years. Re-opened in 2008, the theater currently shows live Spanish theater.
