Aside from an extensive collection of rare books, manuscripts and art, the Huntington Library Art Collections and Botanical Gardens also contain 120 acres of landscaped gardens. Of the dozen principal gardens open to the public, the Children's Garden is most popular for the younger visitors. Children can learn about plants and different elements of nature through fun, hands-on activities.

Opened in 2007, this indoor venue offers 7,100 seats, none of which are more than 220 feet away from the stage. This gives the theatre a sense of intimacy not found in similarly sized theaters. Celebrate the diversity and history of the American West at the Autry Museum. The Museum contains three institutions with huge collections and multiple exhibits. The Southwest Museum contains a vast collection of Native American art, textiles and jewelry. The Museum of the American West displays many artifacts and the Institute for the Study of the American West shares its research about the area.
