Be blown away by the spectacular sights of nature near the Hollywood Sign. Pack a picnic and watch the sun dance across the Hollywood Hills as it lights up this iconic landmark. Or, take a walk outdoors along the Mt. Hollywood Trail in Griffith Park to get as up close and personal to the sign as allowed.

Take a more traditional route when wooing your loved one. Gondola Amoré offers traditional Venetian gondola rides from the North Side of Redondo Beach Pier. Once owned by Paramount Studios, Paramount Ranch hosted a number of large-scale sets featured in movies and television shows dating from the golden age of cinema in 1927 to the final episode of Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman in 1997. The majority of the sets have since been removed, but the set of a western town remains intact for visitors.
