Learn about science through hands-on experiences and attractions at the California Science Center. Take a ride on the high wire bicycle to learn about gravity. Investigate the different climates and ecologies in the demonstration rooms. Get up close and personal with fish, spiders, lizards, hermit crabs, hissing cockroaches and snakes as you learn about the different species and how they live.
Pasadena Ice Skating Center provides the opportunity for families and friends to get out on the ice and have some fun skating together. It is open daily to the general public and skaters of all ages and skill levels can participate in public sessions.
For a NOTEworthy performance, stop by the Theatre of NOTE. This theatrical ensemble produces an average of four main stage shows annually, as well as an annual Hollywood Performance Marathon, a late night original 5-Minute One-Act Play Series, several development workshops and The Young Writers Project, an educational outreach program.
The ladies take over the court with the Los Angeles Sparks. Sparks fly as this Women's National Basketball Associate team shows off their basketball skills in front of fans and spectators. This team has gained momentum in their sport in recent years, taking home two championships and three conference titles since 2001.
