Exposition Park contains several natural and cultural centers, including the California Science Center and other museums. Take your time exploring the outdoors while you take in the artful landscaping designs and walkways throughout the park. Don't forget to stop by the Rose Garden when it's in bloom for a magical day.
The Los Angeles Clippers formed in 1970 as a professional basketball team, part of the National Basketball Association. The sports team has had six winning seasons since its formation, although the athletes continue to provide a competitive, fun game for fans and spectators. Meanwhile, the team has begun a rebuilding with Blake Griffin.
On the occasional rainy day in LA, you may not be able to take the kids outside. For some indoor fun, head to Under the Sea indoor playground, a world out of a child's imagination. This children's attraction and entertainment center offers a carousel, Moon Bouncer, Turbo Slide and much more! Fun activities abound in this nautically themed playground.
Opened in 1913, the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County is the largest museum in the western US. Walk through 4.5 billion years of history as you stroll through the exhibits. Artifacts, fossils and specimen dating back from prehistory to today are preserved and displayed on all three floors.
