Celebrate the diversity and history of the American West at the Autry Museum. The Museum contains three institutions with huge collections and multiple exhibits. The Southwest Museum contains a vast collection of Native American art, textiles and jewelry. The Museum of the American West displays many artifacts and the Institute for the Study of the American West shares its research about the area.

Pasadena Ice Skating Center provides the opportunity for families and friends to get out on the ice and have some fun skating together. It is open daily to the general public and skaters of all ages and skill levels can participate in public sessions.

Although the Philharmonic has graced Los Angeles since 1919, the orchestra is renown for its contemporary approach to music. See the Los Angeles Dodgers play a home game at Dodger Stadium. Part of Major League Baseball's National League West Division, this sports team knocks the game out of the park. The Dodgers have played in LA since 1958 (even though the team was establish in Brooklyn in 1883), and share a fierce rivalry with the San Francisco Giants.
