Located on Rainbow Harbor, the Aquarium of the Pacific features a collection of over 11,000 animals, representing over 500 different species. Learn about the different sea life, as well as the importance of the ocean, its threats and conservation. You can also pet the sharks and stingrays at the Shark Lagoon attraction or feed nectar to lorikeets at the Lorikeet Forest.
Opened in 1993 and partially owned by Johnny Depp until 2004, the Viper Room on the Sunset Strip was known as a popular nightlife hangout for young celebrities and is noted for being the site where actor River Phoenix died. This smaller venue continues to be well known for its excellent acoustics and Hollywood atmosphere.
Visit The Music Center in Los Angeles, also known as the Performing Arts Center of Los Angeles, for some of the best concerts and entertainment in the nation. The third largest performing arts center in the United States, the Music Center consists of four houses on its 11-acre campus: the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, the Ahmanson Theatre, the Mark Taper Forum, and the Walt Disney Concert Hall.

This gorgeous, 127-acre garden and outdoor oasis is nestled into the low-key San Gabriel town, near the mountains. The Arboretum houses luscious plant collections from all over the world, including many rare and endangered species.
