The Huntington Library, Art Collections, and Botanical Gardens

Of the dozen principal gardens open to the public, the Children's Garden is most popular for the younger visitors. Orpheum Theatre
Located in downtown LA, the Orpheum Theatre opened its doors in 1926. Since then, it has undergone a renovation to restore the movie palace to its former glory (including its grand pipe organ). Owned by the Los Angeles Lakers, the Los Angeles D-Fenders are a NBA Development League, otherwise known as a D-League, team. The first of its kind to be owned by an NBA franchise, the D-Fenders play their home games in doubleheaders with the Lakers.
