Adjacent to the 12-story Pellissier Building, this theater offers some of the best acoustics - and entertainment - in the city.
Once owned by Paramount Studios, Paramount Ranch hosted a number of large-scale sets featured in movies and television shows dating from the golden age of cinema in 1927 to the final episode of Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman in 1997. The majority of the sets have since been removed, but the set of a western town remains intact for visitors.
The ladies take over the court with the Los Angeles Sparks. Sparks fly as this Women's National Basketball Associate team shows off their basketball skills in front of fans and spectators. This team has gained momentum in their sport in recent years, taking home two championships and three conference titles since 2001.
The second largest park in Los Angeles, as well as the city's oldest, Elysian Park covers 600 acres of land.
