Opened in 1993 and partially owned by Johnny Depp until 2004, the Viper Room on the Sunset Strip was known as a popular nightlife hangout for young celebrities and is noted for being the site where actor River Phoenix died. This smaller venue continues to be well known for its excellent acoustics and Hollywood atmosphere.
Missed a Farmer's Market? Head over to Tom's Farms for fresh produce, homemade sweets, a variety of wines and beers, cheese and even a furniture store. You might want to grab a bite to eat while you are out there as well, at the hamburger or Mexican restaurants. On the weekends, be sure to stop by the crafts fair for some live music and local vendors. There is even a petting zoo for the kids.

Family Magazine, STAR Eco station is not only an environmental science museum, but it also serves as an exotic wildlife rescue center and a haven for endangered and illegally-trafficked exotic animals.
Housed in the oldest surviving structure of LA's original Chinatown, the Chinese American Museum is part of the El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historic Monument. As such, the mission of the Chinese American Museum is to use art, cultural artifacts and historical facts to "foster a deeper understanding and appreciation of America's diverse heritage."
