This gorgeous, 127-acre garden and outdoor oasis is nestled into the low-key San Gabriel town, near the mountains. The Arboretum houses luscious plant collections from all over the world, including many rare and endangered species.

Enjoy all forms of art at the Norton Simon Museum. This art museum contains works from Europe, Asia and the Americas in its permanent collection. These pieces range from 14th century Renaissance oil paintings to early Baroque to modern and contemporary art. Beautiful marble sculptures line the galleries and the Front Garden and fill the extensive Sculpture Garden.

For a small venue with great acoustics and top-notch local bands and headliners, stop by Whisky A Go-Go. Since opening in 1964, they have acted as an anchor on the Sunset Strip nightlife scene, hosting some of rock ‘n roll's most legendary bands and up-and-coming new artists.

Listen to a performance by the Los Angeles Philharmonic at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. Although the Philharmonic has graced Los Angeles since 1919, the orchestra is renown for its contemporary approach to music. Music critics have hailed it as the most "venturesome and admired" orchestra in America, a must-hear for music aficionados.
