Los Angeles County Museum of Art
Admire art, collected from ancient to modern times, at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. With over 100,000 pieces dating from all points in history, LACMA's seven-building complex is the largest encyclopedic museum west of Chicago and has reached international notoriety. Elysian Park
The second largest park in Los Angeles, as well as the city's oldest, Elysian Park covers 600 acres of land. Scattered across this park, you will find a number of idyllic picnic spots, several sculptures and memorial markers, trails and a community garden. Paramount Ranch
Once owned by Paramount Studios, Paramount Ranch hosted a number of large-scale sets featured in movies and television shows dating from the golden age of cinema in 1927 to the final episode of Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman in 1997. The majority of the sets have since been removed, but the set of a western town remains intact for visitors.
