The ladies take over the court with the Los Angeles Sparks. Sparks fly as this Women's National Basketball Associate team shows off their basketball skills in front of fans and spectators. This team has gained momentum in their sport in recent years, taking home two championships and three conference titles since 2001.
Los Angeles has been under the flags of Spain, Mexico and the United States since the Europeans came over to the Americas. El Pueblo De Los Angeles Historical Monument reflects the Native American, African, European, Mexican and Chinese cultures that contributed to the early history of Los Angeles. Eleven of the living museum's twenty-seven historic buildings are open to the public.

With over 100,000 pieces dating from all points in history, LACMA's seven-building complex is the largest encyclopedic museum west of Chicago and has reached international notoriety. Besides both permanent collections and traveling exhibits, the museum also hosts film and concert series.
