Located near the California Science Center, the California African American Museum opened its doors to the public in 1981 in order to share the history, art and culture of African Americans with all Angelenos. Permanent and traveling exhibitions use a wide range of art and artifacts to educate the museum's guests.

People from all walks of life can come walk the hand-carved stone outdoor labyrinth to help clear the mind and though process. Or you can escape the chaos of urban life at one of the peaceful meditation gardens.
See the Los Angeles Dodgers play a home game at Dodger Stadium. Part of Major League Baseball's National League West Division, this sports team knocks the game out of the park. The Dodgers have played in LA since 1958 (even though the team was establish in Brooklyn in 1883), and share a fierce rivalry with the San Francisco Giants.
