A rose by any other name is still a rose at the Morcom Rose Garden. The municipal rose garden opened in 1920 with a green thumb that reaches across eight acres of green space blooming more than 6,000 roses. The classic rose garden is the ideal place for you to stop and smell the roses and capture picture perfect memories.

Don't waiver on the USS Potomac, affectionately dubbed the "Floating White House." Welcome aboard Franklin D. Roosevelt's presidential yacht, one of the few floating museum attractions in the nation. More than one million people have visited and sailed aboard the restored 165-foot vessel. This unique attraction is a national historic landmark and a memorial to FDR and his accomplishments.

You'll get a punch in the mouth at the Eat Real Festival. Beginning on Friday and running through Sunday, more than 100,000 foodie fanatics savor the flavor when sampling an array of local food trucks, street vendors, and DYI demonstrations and workshops serving handcrafted foods, wines, beers and more.
