San Joaquin Optometric Group

The kids will surely jump at the chance to rev it up and go when you take them to visit the Delta Speedway. This attraction is located in San Joaquin County Fairgrounds and has been in operation since 1986. This track is an 1/8 mile dirt oval that accommodates microsprint cars that kids from 5 years of age and up can enjoy. The whole family will be entertained by the rumble of these smaller-than-usual engines as they speed toward the finish line.

This river is situated in the Central Valley and flows roughly southwest for 80 miles from its headwaters in northeast Calaveras County into the San Joaquin River just west of the city of Stockton. Additionally, see exhibits on wine making, tractors, gardening and a blacksmith shop as well as a generous selection of antiques and furnishings. Plus, there are various demonstrations of how all of these items were pivotal in the lives of the area’s early inhabitants.
