The festival features five renowned artists who are true masters of their craft, having honed their skills over decades. Cherry Arts and the Denver Chalk Art Festival have a long-standing collaboration, having previously worked on outreach programs.

The Museum staff uses the collection of over 20,000 objects to stage four significant exhibit changes each year, ranging from vintage Star Wars toys to artisan dollhouses and from exquisite antique dolls to well-loved toy soldiers. The objects collected from generations of Coloradans serve as an excellent stepping stone into art and history, and many items, like the Japanese Friendship Doll Miss Yokohama, make history more accessible and open the door to a new experience.
