This premier concert venue has a maximum capacity of 1,600 for concerts and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. A Taste of Colorado is a four-day celebration of food that you would want to attend, especially if you're a foodie. The end-of-summer festival features mouthwatering dishes from over 50 area restaurants and 270 marketplace artisans.
