The Children's Museum of Denver offers kids a unique and exciting experience that combines learning and fun in one place. With interactive exhibits and activities covering various subjects, including language, math, and the arts, kids can enjoy a hands-on approach to education. Some highlights include dressing up as a firefighter to learn about fire safety or pretending to be a vet or grocery clerk to encourage social interaction with other kids. The Museum's mission is to provide a space for future leaders, innovators, and adventurers to explore, create, and learn at their own pace. Although the exhibits are designed for children aged from newborn to eight years old, everyone can have a great time at the Museum. The exhibits are interactive, one-of-a-kind, and cater to different interests and learning styles.
Bluff Lake Nature Center is an excellent place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy some peace. This nature center spans over 123 acres of land, which includes a seasonal lake, wetlands, short-grass prairie, a riparian zone, and wetland woodland. Bluff Lake is a true oasis in the heart of Denver and a natural habitat for various wildlife species, such as waterfowl, shorebirds, songbirds, deer, foxes, beavers, and more. Thousands of visitors flock to Bluff Lake yearly to enjoy the serene surroundings and connect with nature.

They present new works annually and have a nationally recognized Artist in Residence Program that trains the next generation of opera performers.
