Train enthusiasts should stop at the Colorado Railroad Museum, where they can experience riding on a train and enjoying the sights, sounds, and smells of railroading from a toddler's perspective. One of the highlights is touring the outdoor railyard, where you can explore dozens of historic locomotives, passenger cars, and freight cars from the 1880s to the 1980s.
