A Taste of Colorado is a four-day celebration of food that you would want to attend, especially if you're a foodie. The end-of-summer festival features mouthwatering dishes from over 50 area restaurants and 270 marketplace artisans. Once you've satisfied your hunger, you can enjoy the entertainment on six stages throughout the festival. In the past, the festival has hosted impressive performances from Bret Michaels, the Four Tops, and Big Bad Voodoo Daddy.

Walking through the doors, you'll be transported back in time to the Pre-Prohibition era and celebrate the art of specialty cocktails. The expert bartenders are passionate and experienced in crafting specialty cocktails that perfectly capture the creativity of bartenders from that era.
