This museum serves as a museum, library and research center for Florida International University, and houses over 120,000 art pieces in its collection, all ranging in time periods from the Industrial Revolution to the close of WWII. Industrial-design objects, glass and metal works, rare books, paintings, and more are all showcased in the collection; these pieces have been amassed by the museum from countries all over the world.
