Springtime Tallahassee celebrates Florida's history and culture. 200,000 festival goer's spring into the day's events, including Breakfast in the Park, the Springtime Tallahassee Parade with mechanical floats, and wraps up with Jubilee in the Park. Tons of arts and crafts, exhibits, food and amusing entertainment make for a fun filled day.
Take a detour to the Tallahassee Automobile Museum, the southeast's finest collection of rare automobiles and unique collectables. Steer your way around all rare automobiles, motorcycles, antique cars, peddle cars, and gems like Lincoln's 1860 Horse-Drawn Hearse or the 1995 Batmobile from the movie Batman Forever.
Come and listen to the Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra and experience the world of live symphonic music and entertainment. You'll hear the sweeping sounds of concerts such as Beethoven's Symphony No. 9 or Love's Agony and Ecstasy, and you'll be mesmerized at special events like An Enchanted Evening with Cirque de la Symphonie.
Catch a rising star in action at the Young Actors Theatre in Tallahassee. Ten thousand patrons each year cheer on the up-and-coming child stars as they perform drama, music and dance entertainment. Past shows include "To Kill a Mockingbird", "The Cat in the Hat", "Seussical the Musical", and "Anything Goes."
