Rain or shine, you can always do some recreational rock climbing at the Stone Summit Rock Climbing. Stone Summit invites both beginners and pros to ascend the rock walls throughout the center; the walls range in height from 25 feet to 60 feet. If you still need a workout after your climb, Stone Summit offers a bouldering room, a yoga studio, spin classes, and a fitness center.
Learn everything you ever wanted to know about your favorite soda at World of Coca-Cola. The kids can get their hands on interactive exhibits and attractions throughout the museum, and the whole family can explore the history of one of the world's biggest corporations. While you're there, you'll see a chronicled exhibition of the company's impact on pop-culture, and a live demonstration of how the drink is bottled.
Explore the history of the city at the Atlanta History Center. The museum features rotating and traveling exhibits, and houses six permanent exhibits that showcase relevant points in Atlanta history. Events and time periods spotlighted include the city's expansion from a rural area to a metropolis, the Civil Rights Movement in the city, and the city during the Civil War. The Atlanta History Center boasts one of the largest collections of Civil War artifacts in the world. This museum and attraction also has historic homes and gardens on its grounds, and has been teaching the public about Atlanta's history since 1926.
