The museum will journey you through African American culture and experiences like slave trade and slavery, segregation, the Civil Rights Movement and lots more. The Apex also features exhibitions dedicated to the many achievements of African Americans.
Check out one of nature's odd attractions at Panola Mountain State Park. The park was created in an effort to preserve a 100-acre granite monadnock, or mountain.
