Art connoisseurs and crafty people from all around have made the Atlanta Dogwood Festival a tradition in the city for the past 70 years. The festival takes place in Piedmont Park every spring, and features a variety of art forms. This Atlanta music venue hosts performances by bands hailing from all genres, including rock, country, folk, jazz, blues, and bluegrass. The venue offers an intimate setting, meaning you can be up-close and personal to the music. If you're an aspiring politician, or maybe just a fan of our 39th President, check out the Jimmy Carter Library and Museum. The museum showcases important materials from the Carter Administration, comprising a collection of about 27 million pages of government documents, 500,000 photos, 40,000 objects and more. Other features at this presidential attraction include a replica of the Oval Office and an occasional appearance by President Carter's Nobel Peace Prize.

Raid the racks at "Atlanta's favorite indoor flea market," the Buford Highway Flea Market. When you plan a shopping trip to this flea market, you'll have the chance to explore over 260 vendor booths, selling everything from clothing and accessories, to fresh produce and art.
