If you're looking for a theater experience that ventures away from the classics, come see something new at the Actor's Express. You will soon find out why it is considered "one of the most remarkable and daring theatre companies in the Southeast."
Spend a day enjoying outdoor and indoor recreation at the Bessie Branham Park. This park has a recreation center that houses indoor basketball courts, men's and women's locker rooms, a fitness room, library, arts and crafts center, a community room, and more. If you prefer to get some fresh air, hang out at the playground or Urban Tree House outside. There is also a large green area at Branham Park where you can stage a football or baseball game.
