Venture through a piece of New Orleans history at the Backstreet Cultural Museum. The museum tells the story of the African American experience and culture in New Orleans. Check out items like old Mardi Gras Indian suits and old photographs.

Watch your favorite team battle it out on one of the 17 flat screens and chow down on some of the best shrimp, oysters and seafood in the city. Take a look into the mysterious realm of voodoo at the Voodoo Spiritual Temple. The temple New Orleans' only formally established Spiritual Temple based on traditional West African spiritual and herbal healing practices. After you've familiarized yourself with the practice, get love potions, healing oils, evil-away incense, ju ju bags , voodoo dolls and more from the Cultural Center next door.
