Science comes to life through the exhibits and attractions at the Museum of Science Boston. Throughout the museum, there are over 500 interactive exhibits explaining all kinds of science-related subjects like nature, technology, evolution, the environment, outer space, electricity, and more. While you're there exploring, be sure to check out a presentation at the IMAX or the Charles Hayden Planetarium.
Mystery, comedy and action all come together during a performance of Shear Madness. This “whodunit” mystery incorporates suspense and improvisational humor, and this combination has earned the show plenty of praise; the Boston Globe has named it “Best Comedy of the Year” seven times. Shear Madness holds the Guiness World Record for being the longest running play in the U.S.
Plan a romantic dinner date at the Green Street Grill. This restaurant has been a fixture in the city since the Great Depression, and is a local favorite that's known for putting a new spin on comfort foods and all-time favorites. After dining on one of the eatery's signature dishes, stick around for drinks; Green Street is proud to feature an award-winning cocktail menu and a variety of craft beers.
See the Boston Red Sox in action during their next game at Fenway Park. The Red Sox has been a sports institution since the franchise was founded in 1901. The Sox have won MLB's highest honor, the World Series, seven times, and have claimed 12 American League pennants as well. Get your tickets early; every home game since 2003 has been sold out.
