The festival features live book readings, lectures and open discussions with professional authors, and of course, books! While in Boston, be sure to visit the Bunker Hill Monument, one of America's oldest standing monuments. This impressive landmark was constructed in the mid 1800s to commemorate the first battle of the American Revolution. The monument is accompanied by an exhibit hall and a museum located across the street.

The Charles River Esplanade stretches along three miles of the beautiful Charles River and surrounding attractions. This spot is perfect for relaxating outdoors and enjoying a picnic, fishing, taking a gondola ride, or just sprawling out on a blanket and watching the river roll by.
