It was here that George Washington took command of the Continental Army, it is where the first printing press in America was located, and it has also been the grounds for many student protests – among many, many other things.

The festival features live book readings, lectures and open discussions with professional authors, and of course, books! If your Christian faith is something near and dear to you, or if you have a love for beautiful and historic architecture, then you must tour the Trinity Church Boston. This Episcopal church and architectural attraction was built in the late 1800s and the American Institute of Architects considers it to be one of the “Ten Most Significant Buildings in the United States”. Intricate stained glass windows, elaborate murals, and dramatic architectural features are all elements of this gorgeous landmark building.

Pay your respects to some of the people who helped to build and define our nation at the Granary Burying Ground. Referred to as “the resting place of Boston's most famous sons”, this burial ground is where the bodies of people like John Hancock, Paul Revere, Samuel Adams, and the victims of the Boston Massacre have been interred.
