With two theaters under one roof, it should be no surprise that the Citi Performing Arts Center offers a wide variety of entertainment. The Wang Theatre and the Shubert Theatre host everything on their stages, from cultural presentations to Broadway and theater productions, concerts from world famous talent and other musical performances.

Explore the historic neighborhood of Beacon Hill. This area of town is beautiful, with narrow streets, brick sidewalks lit by gas lights, row houses with beautiful doors and brass knockers, hidden gardens, decorative ironwork throughout, colonial revival homes from the early 20th century and other elements that harken from neighborhoods of the past. Beacon Hill draws plenty of attention for its looks but the neighborhood also offers unique shops and some of the city's best restaurants, along with other businesses and attractions.

Mount Misery's name doesn't quite describe the beautiful area of this Lincoln destination. The countryside recreation trails here lead hikers through lush woodlands, thriving agricultural fields, and sweeping meadows, all the way to the top of the mountain – again, don't let the name fool you; this menacing “mountain” title could be replaced with “hill”. Be prepared for a scenic, mostly flat trek to the top.

Party at the city's only mega club, Royale. This club claims to offer “the most luxurious nightclub experience in Boston”; modern décor and amenities compliment the club's atmosphere. For drinks, dancing, and live music, Royale is the best place to be on the nightlife scene.
