There are plenty of ways to enjoy recreation at the Noanet Woodlands. The park features over 17 miles of recreation trials that meander through the 600-acre area. As you enjoy activities like hiking, skiing, horseback riding, and biking, you'll see a variety of birds like hawks and warblers, animals like bullfrogs and turtles, and a large amount of wildflowers, including marigolds and pink lady's slipper.

The Riverway is a parkway that connects the Back Bay Fens and Olmsted Park, making it an important piece of the Emerald Necklace park system. Throughout the park, there are several historic bridges and hiking and walking paths, including the Bridle Path that was used by equestrians to cross the river. The Riverway offers a nice outdoor escape from the hustle and bustle of Brookline Avenue.

If your Christian faith is something near and dear to you, or if you have a love for beautiful and historic architecture, then you must tour the Trinity Church Boston. This Episcopal church and architectural attraction was built in the late 1800s and the American Institute of Architects considers it to be one of the “Ten Most Significant Buildings in the United States”. Intricate stained glass windows, elaborate murals, and dramatic architectural features are all elements of this gorgeous landmark building.

Boston sports history is on display at The Sports Museum, located in the TD Garden arena. As you tour the museum, you'll see features on teams like the Celtics, the Bruins, the Patriots, and the Red Sox. Interesting items featured include a replica of Larry Bird's locker, the ice skates and a performance outfit belonging to Nancy Kerrigan, and memorabilia from when the city's NFL franchise was known as the Boston Redskins.
