Hosted by the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church of Baltimore, the Greek Folk Festival is the largest Hellenic festival in the Mid-Atlantic area. For more than 30 years, the Greek Folk Festival has showcased a multitude of Greek culture and talent. Famous for his haunting poetry and short stories, Poe began his life in this two-and-a-half story duplex. The home has been converted to represent and reflect the life of Poe and contains materials owned by Poe such as his writing desk, on public display. Fans of literature will appreciate this attraction.

Take your bike out for a spin along the 15-mile Gwynns Falls Trail. This open trail system offers a unique urban biking or hiking recreation trail along the historic, scenic Gwynns Falls Greenway. This greenway travels through over 30 neighborhoods and offers a safe, environmentally friendly trail for bikers and hikers.
